These are the questions you ask most often in the official XDAO chats, with our answers.

Start here

1. What do I need to do right now, and how do I know it worked?

Open the Airdrop section in the t.me/xdao_ton_bot mini app or at ton.xdao.app, connect a non-custodial wallet on Arbitrum with a 0x… address and confirm the link.

It worked when the Arbitrum wallet card shows the “Bound ✓” status. That is the main step — nothing else is required.

You need to do this before September 25. A step-by-step guide with screenshots is in our guide; the original announcement is in our channel.

2. What is the deadline, and what happens if I miss it?

You need to link your Arbitrum wallet before September 25. If you miss it, you will not receive the drop on TGE day.

On the same day, September 25 at 14:00 UTC, we take the Legacy token snapshot. That is a separate story and concerns only Legacy token holders — see questions 3 and 4.

3. What is the Legacy token, and does it concern me?

Legacy is the first-generation $XDAO token, issued in 2022 and later withdrawn from trading.

If you farmed in the app and never held the Legacy token, this does not concern you: there is nothing to do.

4. I hold Legacy tokens. What should I do before September 25?

On September 25 at 14:00 UTC we take a snapshot across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Polygon — as announced in our channel.

Tokens in your wallet or in a vesting safe are counted automatically.

Tokens held on a centralized exchange need to be withdrawn to your own wallet before that time — any of the four networks will do. If your Legacy tokens are held on a DAO balance or in another smart contract, we recommend moving them to a personal wallet in advance.

0x… addresses are used in Arbitrum unchanged, so there is no need to link such a wallet separately.

We will explain how exactly Legacy turns into the new token together with the tokenomics.

5. Why do I need another wallet if I have already connected TON and Solana?
